Hi, my name is Roger, and my wife and I proudly call the Northern California city of Santa Rosa "home",
getting away from those long, cold winters in Ohio. We specifically chose Sonoma County California
because of the easy access and close proximity to San Francisco. We love the family oriented atmosphere,
incredible beauty and climate, recreational opportunities and wonderful lifestyle.
Having raised four children, we can relate very well to the educational concerns of parents when
relocating from other areas. We have a good knowledge of the schools in Sonoma County, but further
research within each district is advised before making your final decision of a particular area.
Among our peers, we are considered professional, honest, knowledgeable and most of all dedicated.
We expertly guide each client through the often complex real estate market, helping each to achieve their
own goals of acquiring the perfect home and the home of their dreams. Supported by a strong network of
professionals in all aspects of the real estate industry, we maintain the highest standards in customer
service, going "above and beyond" for buyers and sellers alike.
My wife Jan has 19 years experience in the insurance industry. As the Director of a large multi-faceted
department in Columbus, OH, she understands the relationship between good service and success in business.
It was no surprise that becoming a Realtor would be a perfect fit! In addition to her degree in English and
Associate in Management designation, Jan has a strong background in interior design. Meshing these
skills together have her buyers and sellers saying it was the best real estate experience they have ever had!
We have been the recipients of numerous awards, including the prestigious Chairman Circle,
Presidents Circle and Leading Edge recognition. In 1999, our first full year as Realtors in California,
we were voted "Rookies of the Year" for our accomplishments.
I am a former CFO and co-owner of a commercial printing company, investment adviser for a mutual fund
company and property manager and owner of many housing units for college students. As a business owner,
Investor, consultant and renovator, I have acquired an in-depth knowledge that will prove very beneficial
to both buyers and sellers in every transaction.
We are avid about the outdoors. We both love hiking, running, biking, gardening and take advantage of
the natural beauty and Mediterranean climate that make Sonoma County such a perfect place to live.
We share this terrific quality of life from our Valley of Moon home, but what we enjoy most is
"helping others" and always finding new friends.
